Shipping and Handling
Please read this detailed information very carefully so that you are aware of, understand and agree
to our shipping charges and terms.
ATTENTION Canadian Buyers: TAX FREE!!!!! because you are buying products
manufactured and sold from a FIRST NATIONS RESERVE!
Make Payments in Canadian Funds. Payments made in Canadian Funds will be shipped
to Canadian Destinations ONLY! If you have any questions re: this policy please contact us
US and International Buyers: payments
are to be made in US funds only. Payments
made in US funds can be shipped worldwide. It is the Buyer's Responsiblity to know customs charges and
policies of their country.
PLEASE NOTE: We will assist you with information if we have it.
PLEASE NOTE: In respect to our natural resources,
and to keep packaging costs minimal, we use recycled materials whenever possible in packaging all shipments.We will also pack
more than one purchase as one package whenever appropriate to do so.
PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PLACING ORDER. WE ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR
SECURE, SPEEDY AND HASSEL FREE PAYMENTS\
We also accept bank certified checks and international money orders ONLY for purchases
outside of Canada.
Your purchase will be shipped with 5 business days of receiving your payment in full.
ONCE
PAYMENT IS MADE, WE CONSIDER IT FINAL. There are NO "BUYERS REMORSE" or "I CHANGED MY MIND" REFUNDS!
PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post charges are determined by dimension/weight
of parcel as well as destination, so we cannot post an accurate charge unless we have your
postal code.
All shipments are insured.
We ship Canada Post Expedited -Canada
destinations will be from 5-14 days. US destinations could be from 7-30 days.
Canada Post Express Insured -
about half the time but approx 1.5 times the cost!

**We will not be held responsible for delays in US customs processing.
Although postal delivery times are posted, we can
not be held responsible due to delayed deliveries as canada post is not always "on shedule".
US and International: Customs and duty fees may be incurred at the border for
shipments valued over $60 CND. Please contact your country's Customs officials for info. as we
are not responsible for any extra charges from those guys!!!
*Upon receipt of your order and its destination,
we will contact you to advise you on exact shipping charges. Your order will not be processed until we receive your consent
of shipping charges/confirmation and payment of order.
Once we ship out your purchase, we will send you by email the item's tracking number.
Whenever possible, we will ship your order within 72 hrs
after we receive full payment-- excluding custom orders. We will advise you
on when to expect your custom painted drum upon receiving your request.
Occassionally we may run out of stock especially if your
order is received after a trade show or exhibit. If this is the case, We will advise you upon receipt of your order.
SHIPPING-PACKAGING-HANDLING-PROCESSING FEES
We charge a non-refundable fee for all orders as follows:
10% of the total purchase.
Minimum S/H/P fee is $3.00.
Maximum S/H/P fee is $20.00
We offer the following payment methods:
We accept Certified checks & Money Orders(US and Canadian Bank issued ONLY) We
prefer PAYPAL.
C.O.D. payments are no longer accepted.
Personal checks are not accepted.
We are not yet accepting credit or debit cards.
Layaway and Payment Plans: (through PayPal only)
We will hold Stock merchandise only for 30 days with a non refundable
deposit of 25% of the final purchase price (which includes our s/h/p fees) Deposit
must be made through PayPal only. We accept US and Canadian issued Bank
Certified checks, Money orders and PAYPAL for Final cash out payments. Canada Post Shipping charges will be
added to the final payout balance. Merchandise will be shipped out within 3 business days of final payment.
Canadian Buyers Only : Payment
plans available by special arrangement. Please contact us for details. There will be a service fee for
this arrangement in the amount of 5%-15% of the total purchase price which will include our S/H/P fees.

NOTE: Merchandise must be paid in full with
either 2, 3 or 4 equal payments.
Canada Post Shipping charges will be added to the final payout balance.
Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Buyer decides. A contract will be made between
buyer and RedRoad Drums. Failure to honor the contract within the agreed upon terms will terminate and void the contract and
the deposit will be forfeited. SERVICE FEE is Non-Refundable.
